Numaish is an annual exhibition held in the city of Hyderabad for the past 84 years. Traders from many parts of the country sell their specialised products here and it’s visited by people from all over the world.
When to visit:
starting in the month of January, it typically goes on for about 1 and a half months. It has stalls for all sorts of products from 100s of categories.
Location and how to get there:
Numaish is held at the Exhibition ground at Nampally, Hyderabad. The best way to get there would be by Metro. Cabs and autos are a good option too. Parking is an issue in this area due to heavy traffic and lack of space.
Things to do at Numaish:
Take a look at various traditional handicrafts that are brought from places like Lucknow, Rajasthan, Banaras and many other places. You may want to get your hands on a few of them.
Munch on some popcorn while you explore the huge exhibition.
Visit the Kashmiri dry fruit stalls and buy some exotic dry fruits that come all the way from Afghanistan.
Try out all the fun rides and have a good time in that section.

Make sure to ride the exhibition train which takes you all across the exhibition.
